This place is a perfect base for exploring with its convenient location near supermarkets, bars, and the beach. The owners even provide a welcome note, wine, and water as nice gestures. The facilities are excellent, with a clean and quiet room, comfy bed, and a good shower. You can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars.

The approach to the main entrance can be a bit dusty due to ongoing road improvements nearby.

Great sea views, free WiFi and parking. The apartment had a fancy floor, a cute balcony, and even kitchenware. Agia Napa Monastery and Vrisoudia Beach were just a stone's throw away.

Limited Cooking Utensils: Although the kitchen in my apartment at Fotoxenia Luxury Apts was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, I did notice a minor inconvenience. The absence of a chef's knife and a cutting board made food preparation a tad more challenging.
